How long does it take to ship the fete-wear?

All items are made to order, with a processing time of up to 7 days before dispatch. This timeline includes production, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders placed during peak Carnival season may experience slight delays, so we strongly encourage early purchases. We use a Royal Mail as our shipping/ delivery company. All orders come with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

After your order has been processed, the estimated time of delivery for standard shipping is 3-5 business days. For express deliveries, your package will arrive the next day by 1pm. (Express delivery times may be subject to delay if ordered over a bank holiday weekend).

What's the return policy?

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, and in strict adherence to hygiene standards, we maintain a no returns, no refunds policy on all purchases.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:

• Fete-wear bodysuits

• Accessories worn close to the skin (e.g., sleeves, thigh bags etc.)

This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer safety.

We take great care in inspecting each item before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of recieving your order.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis. 

What material is the fete-wear?

Our fete-wear costumes are crafted from high-quality spandex lycra, offering a comfortable, flexible fit that moves with your body and enhances every curve.

Can I wash the fete-wear?

Yes, our bodywear can be gently hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid wringing, bleaching, or machine drying to preserve the fabric’s stretch, color, and shape. Lay flat to dry.
